The Show-Me State Games Shelter Insurance Torch is a symbol of bringing our state together for fun and exciting competition and during these trying times, we want to encourage everyone to stay active and Carry the Torch together.

While we won’t be traveling with the Torch this spring, you can still be a part of this Olympic-style tradition in the safety of your own home or neighborhood! Here’s how to join:

1. Run, walk, play your favorite sport in your backyard or home.
2. Take a photo (pic or it didn’t happen, right!?). Bonus if you wear a Show-Me State Games shirt or medal, tag a friend and/or print out our Torch image to include in your photo
3. Email photo to OserJL@missouri.edu or post it on our social media
4. We will share submissions and have weekly giveaways for Academy Sports + Outdoors gift cards.
