Welcome to the 42nd Year of the Show-Me State Games!
Your Guide to the Games is your one-stop resource for everything you need to make the most of your experience. Inside, you’ll find important athlete check-in information, heat safety tips, official merchandise details, dining and hotel guides, volunteer information, event resources, and much more. Whether you’re competing, cheering on family and friends, or volunteering, this guide will help you have a safe, fun, and memorable Games experience.

ATHLETE CHECK-IN
Every sport will have a designated check-in table where athletes and coaches must check in before competing. To help the process run smoothly, please have all required documents, such as signed waivers, team rosters, or both, depending on your sport completed and ready for our volunteers at check-in. You can complete your forms in advance by downloading them, then either email them to our office before the event or print and bring them with you. Having your paperwork ready will help get you to competition as quickly as possible!

THANK YOU
A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated officials and commissioners, proudly sponsored by MoDOT, for everything they do to make the Show-Me State Games possible. From working long hours in the summer heat and unpredictable weather to ensuring every competition is safe and fair, their commitment never wavers. They do it for the love of the game, to educate athletes, and to help preserve and grow their sports for future generations. Their passion and selfless dedication are the foundation of the Games, and we simply couldn’t do it without them. Thank you for all you do!
